Is PrimeRx available in the UK?
PrimeRx is built for the US market, with US workflows such as insurance claims and US e-prescribing. Check with them directly if you need UK use. Sync-RX is built for UK online pharmacies and clinics.
Do Sync-RX and PrimeRx do the same job?
Not quite. A US pharmacy management system from Micro Merchant Systems. Sync-RX runs the whole online journey for a UK clinic or pharmacy: consultation form, identity check, payment, clinician review, signed prescription, dispensing and repeat supply.
Can Sync-RX dispense if I do not have a pharmacy?
Yes. Signed prescriptions can go to The Independent Pharmacy, our partner pharmacy, which returns status updates through to delivery. You can also use your own dispensary.
