You are the pharmacy, so use as much or as little of our network as suits you. Dispense everything yourself, hand over a treatment area, or use The Independent Pharmacy purely for peak weeks.
Sync-RX is more than software. We work in partnership with The Independent Pharmacy, a fully regulated UK online pharmacy, so a patient can go from first consultation to a signed prescription to medicine at their door without you stitching together three suppliers.
- Consultation. Your branded assessment, built around the medicine and the questions your clinicians want asked.
- Clinical review. Risks flagged automatically, reviewed by a prescriber, approved or turned down with the reason recorded.
- Prescribing. Signed in-app with an advanced electronic signature, timestamped and stored.
- Dispensing and delivery. Sent to The Independent Pharmacy, dispensed, labelled and shipped, same-day dispatch on orders placed before 3pm, with tracking coming back into the patient record.

That is who reviews and dispenses behind the scenes when you use our prescribing and dispensing service. Your patients see your brand; the clinical and pharmacy work is done by a registered pharmacy with a public track record.
What you get on day one

Questions we get asked
Do you supply the medicines?
We can. Sync-RX works with The Independent Pharmacy, who dispense and ship, or you keep your own supply chain entirely. Either way you keep your GPhC registration and your clinical governance.
Can you dispense only some of our orders?
Yes. You can route by treatment area, by product or by volume, so partner dispensing sits alongside your own bench rather than replacing it.
Does the AI make prescribing decisions?
No. It reads the answers and flags what a clinician should look at. Every clinical decision is made and signed by a prescriber.
How do repeat and subscription orders get checked?
Each repeat can require a fresh check-in, a dose confirmation or a full reassessment, set by you per product.
Will this satisfy a GPhC inspection?
It gives you the record an inspection asks for: the questions asked, the answers given, the flags raised, who reviewed them and when, and the signed prescription. The governance remains yours.
Can we migrate existing patients and order history?
Yes. Patients, orders and prescriptions can be imported from a spreadsheet export, with a reconciliation report showing exactly what landed and what did not.
