- Choose Titan PMR if your problem is the dispensary: labelling, stock, workflow at the bench, NHS work.
- Choose Sync-RX if your problem is demand and retention: getting patients to buy online, assessed properly, flagged, reviewed, prescribed for, paid for and coming back.
If your problem is both, run a PMR for the bench and Sync-RX for the front end, or let our partner pharmacy dispense so you do not need a dispensary at all.
The half a PMR is not built for
A dispensing system records what you dispensed. It does not sell. Sync-RX adds the commercial engine and the patient relationship around it:

The honest framing
A PMR will not grow your online sales, and a consultation platform will not run your bench. Anyone selling you one as a replacement for the other is selling you a problem for later. The question to answer first is which half you are missing. If patients are already coming and the bottleneck is the bench, that is a PMR question. If the bench is fine and the shop is quiet, or patients only ever buy once, that is ours.

Is Sync-RX a replacement for a PMR?
No. It handles the shop, the consultation, the clinical review, the prescription and the ongoing patient relationship. Dispensing happens in your dispensary system or with a partner pharmacy.
Do we need both?
Only if you dispense yourself. If our partner pharmacy dispenses for you, you do not need a dispensary system at all.
What does Sync-RX add to a pharmacy that already has Titan?
Online demand and retention: a storefront, subscriptions, assessments, prescriber queue and a patient portal that brings people back.
Can Sync-RX pass prescriptions to a pharmacy?
Yes. Signed prescriptions can be sent to a partner pharmacy, with status and tracking coming back to the patient record.
Does Sync-RX do NHS work?
Sync-RX is built for private online supply, not NHS dispensing.
We already have a PMR we like. What changes?
Nothing at the bench. Sync-RX changes how patients reach you, how they are screened, how quickly a prescriber can work through the queue and how often they reorder.
