End to end, or just the parts you need
Prescriber and pharmacy in one chain. The prescriber signs in the system, and The Independent Pharmacy dispenses against that signature, so the authorisation and the supply are part of the same record.
Sync-RX is more than software. We work in partnership with The Independent Pharmacy, a fully regulated UK online pharmacy, so a patient can go from first consultation to a signed prescription to medicine at their door without you stitching together three suppliers.
- Consultation. Your branded assessment, built around the medicine and the questions your clinicians want asked.
- Clinical review. Risks flagged automatically, reviewed by a prescriber, approved or turned down with the reason recorded.
- Prescribing. Signed in-app with an advanced electronic signature, timestamped and stored.
- Dispensing and delivery. Sent to The Independent Pharmacy, dispensed, labelled and shipped, same-day dispatch on orders placed before 3pm, with tracking coming back into the patient record.

That is who reviews and dispenses behind the scenes when you use our prescribing and dispensing service. Your patients see your brand; the clinical and pharmacy work is done by a registered pharmacy with a public track record.

Can our remote prescriber work in the system?
Yes. They get their own login, see only what they need, and sign off from anywhere.
Can you supply the products too?
Prescription-only products can be dispensed by The Independent Pharmacy against the signed prescription, so authorisation and supply sit in the same record. You can also keep your existing supplier.
Where are patient photographs stored?
In secure storage, reachable only through short-lived links, visible only to the roles you allow, with each access logged.
Can we prove what a patient consented to?
Yes. Consent is stored against the version of the form they saw, with the date and time.
Does it handle repeat clients?
Yes. Their history, photographs and previous treatments are all on one record.
Can several practitioners use it at once?
Yes, each with their own login and their own access level.
