FAQ
Do we have to notify the patient's GP?
You need a clear policy and a record of what happened, including refusals. This makes doing it the easy path.
What if the practice rejects the document?
It comes back with a reason, is flagged, and can be corrected and resent.
What if the patient has no GP recorded?
The document is held and flagged rather than sent to the wrong practice.
Is it live for every customer?
It is available for onboarding and currently runs against the Docman Sandpit environment.
