Does every repeat get reviewed?
Repeats are checked against your rules, and anything outside them goes to a prescriber rather than shipping automatically.
Can patients change dose mid-subscription?
Yes, applied to upcoming deliveries, including prepaid plans.
What happens on a failed payment?
The event comes into Sync-RX and the order is held.
Can I use Recharge without Shopify?
Recharge is Shopify-native, so you need both. If you use a different subscription tool, see Loop Subscriptions or Chargebee.
