Can I sell prescription medicines on Shopify?
Only with a clinical process and a registered pharmacy behind it. Shopify handles the sale; Sync-RX handles the consultation, the prescriber decision and the record.
Does it work with an existing store?
Yes, including an existing catalogue and existing customers.
What if we do not use Shopify?
Shopify is the most common storefront on the platform, not a requirement. Other content management systems and storefronts, including WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Webflow, WordPress, headless builds and in-house systems, can be connected through the API and outbound webhooks.
What if a customer buys without completing an assessment?
The order arrives, sits unapproved and is flagged. Nothing ships until it is resolved.
Can I run two brands on two Shopify stores?
Yes, and each store connects to exactly one clinic. Data cannot cross between them.
Does the patient stay on my domain?
Yes. The assessment is branded and embedded in your journey.
